The selection committee seeks quality films focused on environmental issues that provide meaningful, constructive and encouraging entertainment, while harnessing the transformative power of film.

Eligibility
Ready to Submit?
Anyone is eligible to submit to The CEI Film Competition. Submissions must be received by April 30, 2019. Films may NOT be posted online in public domain (password protected, or private videos are accepted). Selected winners may be obligated to attend the ACS National Meeting in San Diego, CA (August 25–29, 2019) in order to accept their prize.

CEI is an environmentally friendly festival, therefore all of our submissions are digital. ​Please do not send in DVDs or hardcopies.
